Mihai received his Bachelor of Human Kinetics from Trinity Western University, graduating with honors while competing in varsity sports in cross-country and track and field in the Canadian Interuniversity Sports throughout his degree. He then completed his Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta.
Mihai enjoys working with all patient populations, with specific interests in vestibular therapy and sports injury rehabilitation. He uses a comprehensive approac to develop individualized personal treatment plans. Mihai is currently working on his manual therapy levels, of which he has finished three, through the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. Mihai is also certified in Functional Dry Needling (FDN) and has finished introductory and advanced vestibular courses taught by the Dizziness and Balance Rehabilitation Clinic.
Outside of work, Mihai is an avid athlete who trained and competed in provincial-level Men’s Physique and is now focusing on Olympic Weightlifting. He also enjoys downhill skiing, traveling, board games, and the occasional run.
