Who is it for?
What you need to know.
At our clinic, we frequently use Kinesio Taping in conjunction with physical therapy and other treatments. As a non-invasive technique with little to no side effects, it is commonly used to treat sports injuries, repetitive strains and a range of neuromuscular conditions.

What is Kinesio Taping?
Our approach
Kinesio Taping is a therapeutic technique used by physiotherapists to provide relief from pain or discomfort in muscles and joints. Therapists apply specially designed tape to lift the skin, increasing space in targeted areas of soft tissue which helps to decrease inflammation and reduce pain
How is it different?
How this service can help you
Kinesio Taping provides a method to prolong the benefits of manual therapies that are administered at the clinic. Therapists are trained in stretching shaped strips of latex-free Kinesio Tape over muscles which is then worn by patients for many days after the treatment This allows the soft tissue time to adapt, developing strength and stability.
Kinesio tape is elastic, so it can be comfortably worn on the skin for a period of 3 - 5 days without restricting the body's range of motion. The tape is also water resistant so it can be left on while bathing and participating in sports activities.
