Claudia has a Masters of Science of Physical Therapy from New York, with over 30 years of clinical practice in manual orthopedic and pelvic health physiotherapy in British Columbia and Alberta. In her career she has designed curriculum, instructed students and mentored professionals, owned/managed private multidisciplinary health care clinics, and carried a wide case load of specialty clients in her own private practice.
Claudia brings to NW Calgary her experience in treating neuromusculoskeletal concerns, combining her skills in joint mobilization (using Positional & Active Release, Muscle Energy, Cyriax & Maitland techniques), myofascial release, nerve and spinal/dural mobilization, lymph drainage, and somatic movement therapies (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation & Neurodevelopmental Therapy). She has special interest in dural/spinal whiplash, concussion/headaches, vertigo, neural traction/compression disorders, hands/feet, and chronic pain.
